Our Racing Journey
Who We Are
Devon Dougherty has committed over a decade to the Thoroughbred industry, starting her career from the ground up. Her time at Parx Racing opened doors to the prestigious Godolphin Flying Start Program, enabling her to travel worldwide and engage deeply with the international Thoroughbred industry. After graduation, she relocated to New York, where she spent three years as an assistant trainer to Christophe Clement, refining her expertise in managing a large top racing operation.
